General cleanings do not include touch up paints, re-glues of any kind, mid sole stripping and re-painting from cracking or yellowing soles due to oxidation.
*Note: Some deep stains may not completely be removed after thoroughly cleaning your shoes. Sneakermat will make every effort to completely remove all stains.

Faded/Stained leather and suede shoes may require leather or suede dye after thoroughly cleaning the shoe. Sneakermat is not responsible for any faded/stained leather or suede shoe due to old age.
Leather/Suede dye will incur a extra charge if needed after our cleaning process.

All services must be paid for in full before work is started on the customers shoes.

SNEAKERMAT is not liable for ANY damages to customer shoes while in our possession.

Not all shoes will yield brand new results, but SNEAKERMAT will always attempt to recreate brand new, original quality and detail. SNEAKERMAT is not obligated to refund service fees for unsatisfactory work.

Previous work done to any shoes MUST be mentioned prior to paying for services. A new quote for work may be made if a shoe has been worked on or cleaned before by anyone outside of SNEAKERMAT and it is failed to be mentioned prior to service. The customer may cancel if not comfortable with the new quote.

Shipping cost is covered by the customer both ways to allow choice of company/method/insurance/signature. Please ship shoes ONLY. Shoe box AND accessories are NOT needed. This helps preserve space for more shoes and saves you money on shipping cost.

Any turnaround times given are estimations and not concrete. SNEAKERMAT will do everything possible to complete orders, but life does happen, even to SNEAKERMAT staff. If you are looking for expedited services, please ask us about our express options. Quality of work is more important to us than quantity of work. When work is completed, we will contact you, meaning there is no need to call in advance. SNEAKERMAT is not responsible for mishaps during transit with the shipping company.

By using the SNEAKERMAT services, the customer assumes all risks associated with the use of this services, including ANY risks to user's shoes. SNEAKERMAT shall not in any event be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including, without limitation, lost revenues, or lost profits, arising out of or in any way connected with the use or misuse of the SNEAKERMAT services or with the delay or inability to use these services or otherwise arising out of the use of this services, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, even if SNEAKERMAT and/or any of its employees or agents has been advised of the possibility of damages.


All orders are required to be picked up in 30 days from completion. If no notification from the customer is received after 30 days a $10.00 storage fee per pair of shoes will also be applied. After 45 days from completion and no notification from the customer your order "can and may" be sold at Sneakermat's discretion
